Teach diverse groups of entry level college students, develop and implement various instructional techniques and novel assessments which include linked courses, web-enhanced courses, team teaching, and learning communities.
Design and present courses in the following subfield areas: General Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Psychology of Adjustment, Child/Adolescent, Adulthood and Aging Psychology, Lifespan Psychology, Psychology of Death and Dying, Social Psychology, Psychology of Women and On-Course.
Develop linkages between students and the community through on-going service learning projects.
Collaborate to develop and implement cluster course work (Learning Communities) to facilitate academic success and retention of under-represented students.

Represented Minnesota Community College System in the development of Minnesota Transfer Curriculum goals and competencies for History and the Social Sciences.
