COURSES REGULARLY TAUGHT:

Anatomy and Physiology (BIO 2201 & 2202): Because of my medical technology background, this is a course I love to teach!  It is a fascinating study of the body systems and how they work.

Exploring Biology (BIO 1120):   I enjoy teaching this course because it is a survey of important biological principles which form the foundation for future study of biology.

General Biology 1 (BIO 1154): It is exciting for me to teach a course for potential biology majors.  We explore major biological concepts in more depth than the non-majors course.

Microbiology (BIO 2205): As a registered microbiologist I not only appreciate the importance of microbiology in the allied health curriculum, but feel it is valuable for biology students, in general.  This is a study of the unseen world and its role in the environment as well as human health.  There is renewed interest about the increasing problems of infectious disease and the implications for our futures.
