Math 94-61 Online Quiz Instructions

SHOW YOUR QUIZ WORK ON PAPER!

For each question, do the following:

1. Label with the section & quiz number (or test review number).

2. Write out each question on your paper as it is given.  For word exercises, include a summary of the facts and a statement about what you are asked to find.  This refers to the 4-step process that will be explained in class.

3. Show all of your work including any scratch work.  Enter your answer and go on to the next problem.

4. When the quiz (or graded online test review) is finished, click on “submit”.

5. Write your quiz results at the top of your paper including the number of exercises done, the number correct, and the percent score as indicated by the computer.

6. Choose the option to review the quiz.  Mark questions that you got wrong.  Use the buttons in the program to find what the correct answer should be and write a brief note why you got the problem wrong.  Redo the problems(s) correctly at the end of your paper.  If you get less than 70% on a quiz, it must be taken a second time after studying the errors on your first attempt.  To get the extra-credit points on the test reviews, you must have at least 85%.

7. Turn in your complete hand work including scratch work to receive credit for any graded online problem set.

8. Identify exercise numbers that you want me to review.  Include a brief note about hwy you think that your answer should be correct.  If I agree, I will adjust your score accordingly.
