SHOW YOUR ONLINE QUIZ WORK ON PAPER!

For each question, do the following:

1.      Label with the quiz title.

2.      Write out each question on your paper as it is given.  For word exercises, include a summary of the facts and a statement about what you are asked to find.  This refers to the problem solving process explained in your text (or in class).

3.      Show all of your work including any scratch work.  Enter your answer and go on to the next problem.

4.      When the quiz is finished, click on “submit”.

5.      Write your quiz results at the top of your paper including the number of exercises done, the number correct, and the percent score as indicated by the computer.

6.      Choose the option to review the quiz.  Mark questions that you got wrong and write the correct answer next to the problem.  Find your error(s) and redo the problem correctly next to the original problem or after the last quiz question.  If you get less than 70% on a quiz, it must be taken a second time after studying the errors on your first attempt. 

7.      If you would like to have me review your graded work for possible credit, turn in your complete hand work for the whole quiz including scratch work.  Identify exercise numbers that you want me to review.  Include a brief note about why you think that your answer should be correct.  I will review your answers online and if I agree that your answer is acceptable, I will adjust your score accordingly.
